Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction is the practice of being attentive to God’s life and movement in our lives. The incarnate God is always working in and around us, inviting us into deeper intimacy with God and ourselves. Spiritual direction helps us make space to take a “long loving look at the real,” to search for the holy in the mundane and the everyday, and to explore where God is calling us into deeper relationship.

Individual Spiritual Direction
Individual spiritual direction is a sacred space to slow down and notice God’s presence and voice in all facets of life in the presence of a spiritual director who is trained in listening and discernment.

Group Spiritual Direction
Group spiritual direction is a place to explore God together in the presence of others. Groups can consist of friends, small groups, or individuals seeking a shared journey.

Retreats
Spiritual retreats allow for a time to get away from the rhythms and routines of life to see and hear the movement of the soul in the company of God.
Partial day, single day, or multiple day retreat planning is available for churches, leadership teams, or small groups.
